Sales Specialist - New York, NY

Job Description

This job role will be an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales people. The Sales Specialist is responsible for selling our financial product, achieving monthly, quarterly goals, and believes in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals. Needs to follow set protocols and business practices to efficiently work leads and track the flow of information. The ability to build a pipeline of business, multitask, understand Key Performance Indicators and work between multiple departments as transparency and constant communication is a must in this position.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement- oriented, and possess a desire for continual education. The ideal candidate is success- driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.

Candidate Requirements: Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of experience in inside and outside sales, strong drive, competitive mentality and a strong understanding of small businesses
  • Consistent success in selling, working well within a team environment, ability to problem solve, and strong analytical and listening skills
  • Proven record of closing leads, achieving sales quota goals and managing a sales pipeline
  • Ability to adapt and navigate through complex business issues in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Technologically savvy; comfortable with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and various online applications

Underwriter - New York, NY

Summary of the Position

  • Underwrite cash advances and business loans in accordance to company guidelines
  • Analyze data including business financials, bank statements, credit card statements and credit reports.
  • Determine credit worthiness and approval amounts.
  • Must have ability to communicate, in both written and verbal forms, factors in underwriting decisions
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations for policy exceptions
  • Perform other duties as assigned.​

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Economics or Business related)
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret business financials
  • Must be detailed oriented with solid financial analytical skills
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check to include criminal, credit

Client Relationship Representative - New York, NY

Summary of the position

In this challenging and exciting position, you will be tasked with driving existing sales from our extensive merchant database, by working closely with them to uncover their ongoing financial service requirements.  This role is multi-faceted, but the main duties will entail:

  • Maintain, update and develop a customer and prospect database and sales pipeline forecast.
  • Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by phone and email.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
  • Determine the most appropriate approaches to take with current clients in order to maximize business opportunities for our merchant cash advance and the loan product.
  • Produce personalized written proposals that clearly demonstrate the advantages of cash advance solutions based on the customer’s objectives.
  • Work closely with our internal credit departments to facilitate the momentum of all opportunities within the funnel.
  • Update and categorize lead/merchant statuses
  • Negotiate agreements that offer competitive rates in order to achieve the sales budget objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Have experience managing multiple leads, customer base, and developing new/existing sales
  • Contact businesses or private individuals by phone to build a long lasting business relationship
  • Possess the ability to make 75-100 phone calls per day.
  • Possess administrative and development experience utilizing the SalesForce.com platform or another comparable CRM
  • Have obtained, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree
  • Have a strong degree of computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have strong analytical and math skills
  • Possess the ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
  • Bring exceptional organizational skills along with the ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Have at a minimum of 1 year inside B2B sales experience.
  • Have a proven track record in obtaining monthly/quarterly goals.
  • Have an excellent time management skills.
  • Take initiative to ensure monthly goals are achieved.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness in getting things accomplished.
  • Be experienced CRM users (Salesforce)

Lead Generator and Marketing Coordinator - New York, NY

Summary of the position

This is an exciting and challenging position for a creative and energetic Marketing Executive with outstanding communication skills and a demonstrated aptitude for planning, creating and executing lead generating campaigns.

  • Ability to create leads within direct sales, renewal and business development environment.
  • Assist in the execution of the marketing and communication strategy with a strong focus of lead generation via various marketing channels.
  • Responsible for end to end campaign execution across channels such as email campaigns, marketing automation, website management and affiliate marketing.
  • Maintain project planning and marketing calendar for up and coming campaigns.
  • Working with a global marketing team across 3 offices to manage and protect brand standards
  • Support the Marketing Director and Sales Director working day to day within the New York office but collaborating internationally with offices based in AU and UK. Work closely with the sales team to communicate new campaigns and gain feedback on quality.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ideally 2 years of B2B marketing experience to SME industry.
  • Lead Generation experience
  • Direct experience in Marketing, covering multi-channels including email communications, digital, direct mail, social and collateral.
  • Experience essential of Salesforce CRM and Pardot automation.
  • Track record of successful project planning and delivery including excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales results from formatted reports to make improvements for future campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills proven across a large matrix organization.
